my daily $3 breakfast at work

...not bad for work grub
07-16-2014 , 12:50 PM
Is that chicken in that burger too? Also, I dont see any canadian bacon in there?
07-16-2014 , 12:55 PM
looked closer...its a slice of pineapple. loleuros
07-16-2014 , 12:59 PM
Thin,

While that burger is kinda ridiculous, pineapple on a burger can be awesome.
07-16-2014 , 01:11 PM
That looks like a damn good $3 breakfast
07-16-2014 , 01:14 PM
They don't skimp on the hash browns.
07-16-2014 , 01:22 PM
Pineapple on a burger is really good
07-16-2014 , 01:27 PM
Damn, now I want a burger for lunch.

Thinman, $3 for all that? where?
07-16-2014 , 01:31 PM
its at my works cafe. dude usually tosses 5-6 sausage in there but i guess he had more business today than normal.
07-16-2014 , 01:38 PM
Yeah THERE's one of the sweet-savory violations. Pineapple on burger, pineapple on pizza, blech.

I love bacon, but when you get it on one of those super-loaded burgers, you can barely taste it.

There's a nice little pub round the corner, owed by some Australians. they serve what is otherwise an excellent burger, marred by the inclusion of pineapple and a slice of beet. Once a year I forget to tell them to leave it off. That **** ain't right.
07-16-2014 , 02:58 PM
Disagree about bacon on a super loaded burger, even the subtlest bacon is a welcome taste in a burger.
07-16-2014 , 03:04 PM
If its a meh burger place the bacon is often not enough if its a huge loaded burger. At a really good burger place tho the bacon is pretty huge and definitely adds its awesomeness to the mix.

Pineapple on a burger is good in right spot. I really like a fried egg on a burger.

Friend egg on a burger is great. I've been living in Thailand for the past year and have been getting a fried egg on top of my soups and rice plates everytime I eat out.
07-16-2014 , 03:30 PM
throw,

Egg on a burger is great, I get it whenever/wherever possible. Fried egg on rice plates is also good, but for soups a soft-boiled egg is better.
07-16-2014 , 03:48 PM
Egg on a burger is excellent and I'm sad so few places in the US seem to get it.
07-16-2014 , 04:15 PM
I feel like I see egg on burgers all the time.
07-16-2014 , 04:16 PM
I take the bacon off and eat is separately.

Now how about some mayo on those fries?

El Diablo has an opinion on everything, and he's wrong about as often as killa makes a post with no errors.

not even waffle cut fries fried in duck fat can match up to a sweet potato fry

Nothing beats the thick cut triple-cooked chip (English chip, not yank chip)

my favorite fish n chips place closed a few years back. was in sunnyvale. one of the few places that weren't lazy ****s doing the chips in the fish grease around here.
