It sounds like you're in a real rut. A few things are clearly evident:

1) You don't have to stop but seriously reduce the amount of w33d you smoke.
2) Exercise (if you don't). Get yourself in the gym or involved in some regular activity.
3) I do think you need to man-up and have a serious chat to your gf about the situation. She's walking all over you. I know this seems like the hardest thing to do and it is a cliche, but if she cares enough about you, she'll change.
4) Depression can seriously affect labido. You need to start making positive changes to start feeling better. Spend more time with your parents/siblings....spend time with friends.

If you are in the US, there is something called the Uniform Partnership Act, which acts as a backdrop to many partnership transactions, even if not written down contractually between the partners. (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uniform_Partnership_Act)

Look it up for your state, and see what is and isn't covered. (Or see an attorney for this, but this will help you know what to ask.)

It is very possible that you guys did everything informally and that this act will provide for certain standard terms even if not written down. (Example: so they cannot take 13% for you.) It might not, and it all depends, but it is something to look at.
