It's extremely narcissistic because it comes across as more of a brag. It would be genuine if she picked up the phone or messaged the people individually and told them that she was grateful for the amazing "birthday week".

There are a two ****s on my feed with higher degrees in the humanities--one in philosophy and one in anthropology/sociology/gender studies or whatever the ****-- who post non-stop streams of preposterous schoolboy horsepiss.
