ok after the third time it's been posted, i finally figured it out: CONGT is "congratulate". THAT'S NOT ENOUGH GODDAMN LETTERS!

One of the worst things I ever did was install an unfriend finder app on FB. People de-friend for like absolutely no reason at all. But it is nice because it distinguishes people who deactivated their accounts... surprising amount.

I like that one, unless it wasn't meant as a semi-joke. Like that would get annoying if he started doing it every day for real and never figured out how to send it as a private message, but doing it once as a humorous status update is pretty good.

He graduated high school and wasn't in special ed though. He probably did his schoolwork to the extent that he could, and he didn't cause too much trouble in class. Borderline(?) ******ed is just my personal opinion, and the professionals employed by the school system would likely be horrified that I would say that about a fellow HS graduate.
