i'm finding that as i get older (and only a little fatter), more and more servers assume i want diet coke and i have to affirm or even correct that i want regular HFCS-ified coca cola. maybe it's the beard.

Fat people drink diet soda because it's the most effortless way to be healthy. Most fat people didn't get fat because they set out to do so, they're lazy. Diet soda is lazy diet food that tastes almost as good as the normal stuff.
