Yeah, it's the people who don't have guns that are committing all these shootings we hear about...

I believe that pic is trying to suggest that the people committing the shootings are people who own guns illegally.

I got into a argument about that with some idiot once. He said something like no legal gun owner has ever committed a gun related crime. So I cited a few shootings committed by off duty police officers and he hit me with the no true Scotsman and was like see he committed a murder, clearly not a law abiding gun owner.

Wow awesome and bulletproof logic: If someone who legally owns a gun commits a crime with that gun they are no longer a law abiding gun owning citizen and therefore are excluded from my sample set of people who legally own a gun.

I just signed papers with a notary. If her stamp were to get stolen and used illegally she would be financially and legally liable. She has to be a responsible stamp owner. All of the guns that are not "legally" owned started out legal. But being a "responsible gun owner" means you have not shot anyone illegally or committed an armed robbery so far in your ownership. Even if you let your gun get stolen, or a kid kills him self with it, or you accidentally shoot an unintended person you are still a responsible gun owner somehow. Tightening up the definition to match a notary stamp might be a good step.

Well, I can.. but I ain't much good at it!!!
My 'Goodbye' to FB turned into more of an 'Au Revoir'...
After 48 hours of total peace and bliss, I actually missed it..
People moan about it all the time, but I guess I'm kinda lucky..
My friends are all pretty positive, decent, salt-of-the-earth kinda people..Some of them are even quite funny too!!!
So to have them all nice and neatly in one place is quite lovely.
With friends from primary school sat beside colleagues from 20 years ago, sat besides ex-girlfriends from 10 years ago, right next to people I met in some distant land a short while back...
All sat next to her from 'that one time at Band Camp!!'
It's kind of a wonderful little mix that I could never actually get together in 'the real world'. At least, it would be difficult..
So basically it's just one big happy group of my family/friends and I would miss you all!!! x
Not to mention the fact that I can't seem to shut down FB without getting rid of Messenger too?? And that, for me, is like my worldwide phone-book...
So I'm pretty lost without it!!
Oh, and that the cluster-**** of an election in the US is just toooo compelling and awful not to keep updated on a moment to moment basis..
Anyway, all said and done.. I am back.. for now...
