It's not the women that don't exist it's the men that don't give the flowers, or at least in my experience.. I believe every woman on every date should always always get flowers... and if she doesn't get them that to me is just weird....

And I think every guy on a date should get a blow job.
A friend linked me to this guy. We have a real gem on our hands. He is serious.

So, I've been away for a while (doing a conference and working on SEED). I come back and see the Flat Earth vs Globe debate is still raging. All kinds of name calling, blocking and de-friending going on too... unfortunately.
Well, here is a very simple test ALL of us can do to answer the question once and for all. Find a straight, flat surface that goes for at least 7 or 8 miles or so, with an unobstructed view. Set up a 4x8 sheet of plywood at one end and see if you can see it from the other. The curve of the earth should prevent you from doing so, by more than 20 feet - meaning the top of that board should be 20+ feet BELOW your ability to see it according to the math. If you can't see ANY of it, we very likely are on a globe. However, if you CAN see it - especially if you can see ALL of it - we are not. Repeatable and demonstrative results such as this is called empirical evidence and you can't argue with that.
Therefore, I've been scoping out Google Earth, looking for lakes near my house where I can perform the test. I've found a few that will work. So, I am planning on doing a few of these tests before the end of the month.
Let's stop the craziness. No more debate. No more name calling. No more cognitive dissonance. I say all of you who are passionate about EITHER side of this issue should just do the same thing I'm going to do. Go out and shoot video of your whole test and post your results here when completed. Should prove interesting for all involved.
Exactly. I had no idea that there was any question to anyone on earth for the last 1000 or so years and especially in the last 100 that all planets are round... I mean we are out in space and take pictures of our own planet on a daily basis... Sooooooo yeah...
