Half marathon you'd win. If we kept it shorter... 1.5 mi - 5k, it'd probably be close. I exercise by run/walking up a mountain each day, so it doesn't directly translate to a road race. If I trained on the road for a month, we'd probably be more competitive.
Pushups, very close. my workout I usually go something like 50 - 30 - 30. With longer rests, and not doing the triangle things..
Pull-ups: me.
