yeah, its really high up on my list of **** to do. Problem is its such a big commitment training wise and it ****s up my love of rock climbing. Im no where in near as good a shape now as I was back then, so im prolly like at a minimum of 8 months of dedicated training from being in the shape to do it. The last year or so ive been in a perpetual state of "Im going to start right after my next climbing trip" but then I dont.

I do know that at some point I will end up doing it, It might be when im in my 40s and who knows if OOT is even around anymore so I wont get to make a fool of myself with another bet, but baring some life catastrophe if I die without that achievement under my belt its going to be a massive massive regret.

Yeah it's obviously a fairly extreme thing to train for.

I've thought about trying to do a "how far can I go in 24 hours" event. Trying to train specifically to do 100 miles in 24 hours would require a lot of dedication.
