This thread is great. I mean, no offense OP. But I'm pretty sure I'm about to get out of a 4 year relationship. So it's kind of like planning ahead for me.

most of the serious advice is solid. a couple additions...

working out/other hobby: you want to become as obsessed with life as you once were with her. find something you really want to get done and set a concrete goal for it. for me this has been running a 5 minute mile or going out and making 10k in poker. if it's something you really are passionate about, it becomes really easy to redirect your old infatuation for her into said new goal. everyday you get closer to nearing this goal will make you feel notches better.

not talking to her: depending on the situation, some girls will still want to talk to you whenever it is to their benefit, even if they are seeing other guys. this is bull**** as you are being used for favors/emotional support. if she tries to talk to you, be blunt and make it clear you don't want to talk to her. tell her that you don't mind being friendly in the future(up to you), but it's selfish for her to think she can be a part of your life given the current situation. the hardest part - do this as detached as you can. don't be bitter, longing for the past, or give a **** about her. if at all possible you should be happy, as you are trying to get to the point where you are excited for where you are in life - without her.(this also scores awesome incidental revenge points without having to rub a hottie in her face) put on your hudge cooler yet cool as ice gigabet non-tilt face.

sexing other women: you're gunna have to get over it. it's not gunna be making love to your boo any more. do not psych yourself out. you do want to sex other women.
