Friend facing potential paternity issues? Friend facing potential paternity issues?

No way your friend hasn't confronted this on some level. It is entrirely possible-- probable even that he LOVES the woman that he married, and has decided to father her child and loves the child dearly, irrespective of whether he is the genetic father. People adopt children and love them as their own every day. I don't think you can truly appreciate the bond that forms when you take care of a child and that child loves and depends on you. There is no greater bond. The idiot in this situation isn't your friend for "not realizing the child isn't his" the idiot is YOU for not realizing that the child is in the ways that matter most.

Did anyone here actually consider that he convinced himself he is the father no matter what. People have huge psychological problems like dual personalities and such. This guy's brain could be ****ed up and he has convinced himself of something not true.

I would get someone he has never met b4 and have your friend meet him. When your friend meets your friend/dad and sees the black kid have him say, "wow thats so nice that you adopted!"

Not touching actual subject with a thirty foot pole, but as far as the biology of the thing goes, yeah, it's possible... There's hardly anything in biology that is just impossible... But it's like flopping quads and getting them cracked by a perfect runner runner royal flush (of spades obv)... twelve times in a row. Now it's perfectly possible that it's just bad luck. But it's about several hundred thousand times more likely that something significantly less mystical is going on instead.

This is stupid. The only issue is whether or not he cares he was cheated on. Lots of men father bastard children with multiple women and don't know about it. Most don't care. Some do. Lots of men also father children with living partners/wife. Most of them care, some don't. Some are good fathers and some are bad. Some men inherit children via adoption or from past relations. Most care about these children, some don't. Some men get cheated on and stay with their woman. Some men live their entire lives in denial. It's all relative. The point being that if a Man cares about a child and or the child's mother and wants to put in effort to raise the kid, then he becomes the major male influence in the kid's life. And if all parties are happy, why do you need to bring up the issue that their situation might not be of the norm?

And more contradictory, if you care about these people enough to tell them of their not-completely-obvious situation, why are you posting pictures of them to be mocked? It's not like the responses that you'll get will be any less helpful without pictures.

obviously wat has happened is the bitch is a whore but the husband is a wimp who loves her so he has deluded himself into ignoring the truth. imo he honestly believes it's his, not too much of a stretch since it seems he honestly believes in a sky god

Reminds me of one of my friend's brothers. He left for Alaska to work for a few months and stayed with this whore gf of his.

While he is gone she bangs HIS BEST FRIEND and she gets pregnant. She has the kid, the original father wants nothing to do with her but he comes back from Alaska and a good paying job to take care of it. He thought it was perfectly normal to take care of it.
