I've made myself develop a much healthier routine once I begat myokymia (eyelid muscle spasms) from lack of sleep. Went away pretty soon.
Get energetic, euphoric, productive, sense of well-being, and be wide awake when you'd otherwise be very tired and lazy and bored? Speedball with depressants like alcohol, benzos, and opiates while partying and relaxing so you're not drowsy and sloppy?
That said...drugs are bad, mmmmmkay. Stick to just some nice mellow cannabis and green tea and drinking among a Christian fellowship in moderation, if you ask me.
