I tried to type something yesterday around the peak, but that was difficult.

A very subtle onset, the typical detail sharpening, texture, nature gets even more fascinating. ... I watched Fletch for a while and was fascinated by how well it was made, and watched the actors and how they reacting when not speaking ... that stuff becomes fascinating.

After about a half hour of that I went outside and lay in the hammock. This is about when the peak started.

The hammock was amazing. It was around 5 p.m. and so the light was golden and there was lots of wind so it sounded like waves, and the trees were waving ... it was like being a spectator in another fantastic world, under the ocean or on an alien planet ... except then I remember it's actually the planet we live on and that's pretty awesome ...

While I was in the hammock, my attention would shift between some internal dialogue and then back to being immersed in the natural setting. Which was kind of annoying, because I'd have preferred to just ensconced in the visuals and physicals. But my internal dialogue kept stepping in, and it jumped around pretty quick.

I went for a walk and I think the quarter mile loop I have took about an hour ... one thing LSD and 4-ACO-DMT in common is how they enhance my connection with nature. This is one of the most awesome things about tripping, imo--seeing the natural world around us, but like seeing it again for the first time, being amazed by things that are amazing but that we take for granted.

But the the two trips are also really different. Despite the strong internal dialogue from 4-ACO, ... well, let me put it this way. On acid I felt like I was absorbing wisdom from outside, somehow. Yesterday it was somehow more internal.

However, I also started feeling ... like a conversation was begun, re: ego death and how this life is an illusion. Which I do anyway, but this was somehow ... a step further but also just the beginning.

Like, ok, so I am not my body. That seems simple enough, I'm down with that. But I'm not the me either, the voice thinking "I am not my body." ... And it was like that idea got introduced, but didn't go any deeper.

I'm not sure I have a preference b/t the two yet. Very different experiences.

Acid made me feel in awe of, and at one with, the world. 4-ACO-DMT I was still in awe of the world but felt separate from it.

Well-written trip report! Now I'm even more curious to try DMT.

Im thinking it might be a day for 4-HO-MiPT (miprocin). Last time I had no noticeable effects, and now im 6 days since last lysergamide research. Miprocin is supposed to be much lighter mentally than 4-aco-DMT, but heavier on the visuals. Wondering if a nice healthy dose is the way to go, 40-45mg or so.

Read that article for about half hour before I realized I wasnt even close to finishing it.


Apparently Zima is back for a limited time release. Never had it before but im about to drink one in the shower.

first hour was a tough come up but the next 2 hours were intense mix of CEV that started to persist to OEV. Tons of giggles and body high. Felt more like shrooms than lsd.

T +3:30 added 20mg 4-ACO and 50ug 1P-lsd. Things took off from there and had a fun couple hours just enjoying the show and listening to music.

Very cool. Interesting that your redose gave you a solid boost.

The second round felt a lot more like an LSD experience with light trails, everything looking somewhat cartoonish and long lasting mild affect.

I know your T goes up immediately for each chemical respectively, but does the tryptamine T interact with the Lysergamine T at all?

Also, I hadn't done a psychedelic in 15 years so i am am not recently familiar with the nuances....

Yeah there is cross tolerance. Sounds like L tolerance takes two weeks to return to baseline, and T tolerance one week.

I really want to have an intense visual experience and get lost in the CEVs. Thinking of ordering 4-HO-MET next.

4-HO-MiPT is supposed to be a happy medium between that and 4-aco-DMT, but I got literally nothing from it last time, so not sure how to proceed with it. One week since ETH-LAD research.

i think youve just been taking to small of doses big. even if you take to much its unlikely to cause a bad trip as long as your in a safe environment. basically all of the bad trips ive seen were from ppl taking major/heroic doses. id go with a bigger dose on the 4-aco-dmt as if it does get extreme you know its over in 4-5 hours

I took what psychonautwiki says is a strong dose of the 4-HO-MiPT. It was only 5 days after lysergamide research though.
