Given that this section cites Wikipedia multiple times, I am skeptical of even this level of "science."
"antiviral properties. Some of these probiotics may also protect against the Influenza virus through the modulation of innate immunity."
they are talking about anti oxidents, and anti viral properties. yes, those are also properties given to garlic.
"highlight how essential is a healthy eating pattern to strengthen our immune system."
you won't get anti oxidants from eating McDonald's. that's for sure. maybe that's why certain countries fared way better than the US. because they understood this.
anyways, "antidiabetic, chemopreventive, antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial), "
I wish my burger king menu could provide me with those properties but it doesn't . garlic would provide those things presumely. if you trust the science or your grandmother's words. or the generation before. that's just common knowledge. garlic is good. it kills bacteria, you should look into that.
like I said, you can't expect it to do everything for ya, when someone starts in the minus i.e. he won't get great results. but i believe it will boost my immune system, and I have millions of doctors and heath experts backing me on this one, who say the same.
it's not a cure but it's a prevention and treatment method accredited by science. believe it or not.
you don't even understand what anti oxidents are, do ya? anti oxidents kills harmful oxidents used by the corona virus to infect your lungs.
That said it won't let you go into auto pilot, that's not a cure all take one pill and you're good strat. it's only a tiny part of a promising approach
