In that article Mr. Pollard states herd immunity is impossible due to the inability of the current vaccines to prevent the spread of Delta. He fails to consider that herd immunity might be alternately achieved via infections of both the vaccinated and unvaccinated population. Not saying it's a likely scenario but still one to be considered.

With the poker PC I needed an extra video card.

My work macbook can power 3 external monitors. But the 27" and 32" (not thunderbolts) need a special adapter that gets power from the USB port.

The spike just started three weeks ago. They went from 3-4 cases a day to 150. Hospitalizations are up to 24. 2/3 of those are vaccinated so hopefully they will recover.
