i also suspect you didn't actually read those links - the time article is a debate over how the ventilators should be operated not whether or not doctors are skipping normal procedures and yoloing treatment putting people otherwise able to breathe in intubation
the other thing you shared is something that's since been removed by the internet because it was shameful shill tard blog written by someone under the handle of "libertymavenstock" are you ffing kidding me?
Evidently YOU didn't read the article. The major focus of the article was that there are people out there with letters after their name who feel that ventilators are not the right tool for the job and therefore the use of said ventilators is harming the patients. You said "a bunch of tards actually arguing that ventilators do more harm than good". Unless you think the doctors are 'tards' you are wrong.
As for 'libertymavenstock' the information he presented was spot on and confirmed by the Time article. Treating patients like they have traditional ARDS is the wrong way to treat them. In other words using ventilators MAY be harming the patients. I don't care if an article was written by 'rickrollisapompousass', if the info is good then the info is good.
Here is another article that backs up 'libertymavenstock' aka 'he that was scrubbed from the internet because of how shameful he was':
https://www.statnews.com/2020/04/08/...-for-covid-19/..."putting coronavirus patients on ventilators could be of little benefit to many and even harmful to some."
Bottom line, some pretty smart people (doctors) think ventilators may be harmful in direct contrast to rickroll who thinks they are 'tards'.
