i ended up assuming ~0 of those 129k people go out, and that maybe 20k people have it and don't yet know, so they go around spreading it. (based on 2-5 days before symptoms show and 4-6 weeks of having covid)
so maybe 1 in 450 people have it who are out and walking around LA
i guess it doesn't matter that much though. stay the **** home lol
