Now, the five or so percent who are hardcore racist, misogynist, sociopath, psychopath, evil ****ing humans, those are the true monsters under the bed.

This is my actual, as it says in the thread heading, prediction. I whole heartedly believe there will be a landslide victory for the democrats at all levels in November. The result of this victory and takeover of the senate and presidency will be trials in actual courtrooms for years. If that's politarding, so be it. Prediction: Dow will fall below its previous 2020 low this year.

Looks like that was 18,213.65 for reference

Agreed. The next major support point being around 16,000. If falls below that support there will be serious **** going on. (After 16,000, 7200 is the next major, long term support)

Prep your pets as a food source. Booby trap your property. Join a gang. Or lose yourself in the mountains for a decade. Hope this isn't politarding; because, it is about the economy, which is very much an important part of our society/government/politics. Apologize in advance if I'm politarding.

I moved to all cash in my 401k, not out of fear just out of I can't see companies making money hand and fist during this crisis. If I miss out on some upside I'll take that risk since the downside risk seems a bit higher at the moment. I just hope we don't get in a 10 year decline on the market. If you don't believe this can happen you need to read up on some history.

I moved one of my accounts to “stable value” fund since I can’t do cash in it

Moving other accounts as well

Company earnings gonna suck and this gonna last awhile so market will go down and then I’ll get it back in at some point

There’s no way things are still going to be shut down in the fall. If we don’t see a dramatic decline in cases and deaths in the next two weeks, we are going to be forced to confront the fact that our current strategy is a failure and move toward a herd immunity approach.

nhl planning to restart in july, held in 4-5 neutral venues with limited/no crowd.

at least all those injuries will be cleared up for nearly every player going into playoffs.
