1:25 was one instance of a few where they did a "sound of the game" period with no commentators and just the players, which was very cool.

Unfortunately the main commentator you can here runs a lot of the network and loves the sound of his own voice so we probably won't see it as a full feature anytime soon (as much as I would pay to watch it.

Updates for the 3 weeks (it has been 20 days since the previous post)

USA had less than half the cases overall and less that day than Europe, they now have ~95% of the cases as the European 5 and should have the same amount within the next two days.

They had 10% of the total deaths of the Euro5 3 weeks ago and now have ~50% of their total deaths, as Italy and Spain have slowed the rate.

Will be interesting to see how the next month plays out given the differences in strategies.

I've watched Chinese Taiwan baseball games every night at like 4am on Twitter. Obviously I'm betting on them, because I got dat gambling itch.

But it's still very watchable, no fans, who cares. They like add in audio, chants, cheers, etc and there's English speaking commentators.

However, I DVR spring training games.

There's 50 states. Some will **** it up, others won't.

Prediction wise, I was with you up until the "Even Trump supporters will turn on Trump." There is zero chance of this happening. Ever. In any timeline. They will go down with the ship, crying MAGA with their last breath.

My personal take: Trumpers are the portion of the population constantly looking for someone to lead them, someone to entertain them and someone to create the story, no matter how ludicrous and delusional (or maybe the more ludicrous the better), that gives them a world of righteous indignation to live within.

Trump and his accomplices going down in very public fashion, with trials proving sordid tales of bribes, affairs, money laundering, murders, theft of taxpayer dollars, foreign influence, etc., would create just the right kind of story and entertainment that allows the easily molded clay of what passes for their collective mind to flip seamlessly into "I knew it all along. I told everyone. They are all corrupt."

It would simply be the next panacea for the addled minded. They could live within that version of righteous indignation for years. Or until the next flimflam artist and accomplices with a grand story on steroids comes along.

Now, the five or so percent who are hardcore racist, misogynist, sociopath, psychopath, evil ****ing humans, those are the true monsters under the bed.
