i don't see why they wouldn't get that crisp, pretty much just like cooking bacon in the oven.

Had beer, an onion, and some shrimp

These were chicken tacos from the other night, but just wanted to show this creamy chipotle salsa. If you ever see it at the store, grab a bottle. Its A+

edit - also, shoutout to a beast!

Made these ice cream sandwiches with the kids for dessert.

Ice cream was not homemade. Just sliced up tubs of Ben and Jerry's. Kids loved them, but they looked better than they tasted. I need to make the outside way thinner next time

codesis,

Maybe just press the ring into the pebbles on both sides. Could get a little messy at the end, but kids love that ****.

Ya that would def be easier and probably actually taste better. Did it the Rice Krispy treat way (but obv with fruity pebbles) to make them easier to hold. The problem was that as soon as the rice crispy treat part touches the ice cream, the cold causes them to become kind of hard and too chewy.

Interesting freakonomics right there. May try the press now too, the combo sounds great.

Very nice Redeyes. Did the pork do what you intended?

Very nice onion rings, CS3, definitely prefer battered version like yours.

the beef pork blend is really good. we’ve had it several times now. the pork brings a very bacon forward flavor without needing to cook actual strips of bacon.

Looks great.

Don't know if I am the only one but I have much better luck with clam freshness as opposed to mussels.

Can you expand on this a little more. Just throw the clams on the grill?

Preheated the grill with a Dutch oven

Butter and shallots for a few min
Then add garlic for a few min
Then added lemon juice, white wine and parsley
Then clams
Once they were almost done I added heavy cream

Very interesting. Any particular reason do on grill? I think I want to try this. Do you consider them almost done when they start to open?
