Obviously common ones everyone still uses aren't that interesting. I'm looking for sayings you never hear anymore and a 20-year old might not even know.

I think almost all of these come from my stepdad, who grew up near Port Arthur, TX (Nederland), and had a lot of sayings.

colder than a well diggers a**hole (also witches tit)

better than a sharp stick in the eye

got more ______ than Carter's got little liver pills (no idea)

I'd-a had kittens

My mother's version of this is "better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick." I use it about 10 times a week.

If you had, I'm sure you would have contributed this to the thread:

"The smartest part of you ran down the crack of your mom's ass." ~ my father from the south

Two from my Dad.

His default exclamation of frustration is "**** a Duck" . If it's really bad, sometimes it's "**** SEVERAL DUCKS".

Also I knew I was in trouble whenever he called me "Jack" (which is in no way shape or form my name obv).
