This is pretty impressive. I last did a beer mile about 15 years ago. Wouldn't mind doing it again.

what is the beer mile? One beer then run a mile? I don't see that affecting my mile time that much because I can hardly feel one beer and I run 5x a week, and drink even more often than that.

Oh ****, it's 4 beers total. That's insane.

Someone posted the story about this on Uproxx yesterday on my Facebook feed. My favorite part was that the video was tagged with "prepare to hate yourself".

I want this guys marriage.

At my fittest, I once ran a mile just under 6 minutes. I then spent the rest of the day dying and choking my lungs up, also watching the 2008 Olympic marathon where the men were running 4.30 mile splits thinking FML.
