Someone I was talking to the other day asked me if I knew anything about bookies, soccer agents, underground soccer agents. I had no clue what he was talking about. Then he told me to find someone that bets on soccer and "maybe talk to someone and ask them how the agent system works and how do they settle the money."

Anyways, the whole conversation was weird so I went to google what he was talking out and couldn't find anything. Now it's bothering that I don't know what the hell he was babbling about. Anyone know what he's talking about and want to explain it to me?
