Dammit. I wanted to add Just Got Paid. But no, 1998. The 90s do pretty much suck for pop, hip/hop, dance. Just play a lot of Bush and Soundgarden.

I mean, you can stretch the definition of 90's if you want. Especially since people who refer to "80's music" usually are thinking of stuff like Safety Dance, Don't You Want Me, Beat It and stuff like that and not really factoring in the late 80's stuff. But if OP technically wants to stay within the 90's a bit more then some of your suggestions probably don't belong.

You're probably right, I was going off memory, not looking them up. A lot of those artists still got lots of airplay throughout the early 90's though.
