The meat of the book is about proper bankroll management and motivation, etc. It doesn't touch on SnGs.
I've read Moshman's book on SnGs. Defo worth it. I've heard good things about Phil Shaw's book too but I've never read it so can't comment.
Shaw book is ok. I like Moshman's book better even tho Shaw's is the easier read. Buying both would be a good choice.
