Hi- Lo Split poker by Ray Zee for the split pot games.
7 Card Stud for Advanced plavers by Sklansky,Mallmuth and Zee.
Razz: AFAIK, the best available literature is a chapter in Sklansky on Poker.
The same goes for triple draw, with Negreanu´s chapter in Super System 2.
For LHE, I liked Small Stakes Holdem by Miller, Sklansky and Mallmuth.
Depending on your budget, you might like to take a look at Cardrunners training site. AFAIK, this is the only site with videos by top players who specialise in stud games and triple draw.
Lastly you could browse the Other Poker section on 2+2.
