What are the best books that focus on NLHE or PLO only. Every book I've read so far just keeps referencing seven card or is just about the basics of poker. Like right now I'm reading the theory of poker and even though I just started reading it I'm about to quit because it's all old news up to page 58 so far.

Dude, please, scan down the first and second pages of this forum and you'll find at least 4 or 5 threads asking "which NLHE book" or "which PLO book".

No lie. There are even threads for study groups of Harrington on Cash Games and Pot Limit Omaha Poker, a.k.a HOC & PLOP.

It's all good, it's just a regular occurrence. The search function isn't great, but if you get specific enough with it, you can usually find what you're after.

Obviously you have no concept of poker. The book you hold in your hand is the best text ever written on poker concepts etc.
Lets just call it the bible of poker.
Everything you need to know about betting, checking, raising, bluffing, etc etc etc is covered quite well.
