So a guy staked me for 500 euro on this crappy low traffic site, but at least there was some. I ran bad and didn't play much and I had about 100 euro left. The guy said to me on skype that he was done and I could gamble away the last 100 euro, because he told me he broke even in rake at least. (he is the skin owner). After that he removed me on Skype and deleted me out of this skype group. No contact furthermore with him, and I still had 100 euro on that account.

So I went gambling and I end up winning 600 euro, total 700. I thought well he said he was done and he removed me on Skype, so I cashed out the money, at least it was on Everleaf so I applied for a cashout (takes about a month there).

Now the guy suddenly says to me and says: you are stealing my money and doing sneaky cashouts! He blocked my pokeraccount, and basicly says I have to pay back his 500 euro + 20% of the winnings (which was the stakingdeal). Account is still blocked and he denied any further contact with me. Live support wont help much I guess.

Bit tl;dr but I want to know your opinion. I mean he basicly told me to gamble with the money and then blocked all the contact between us. So to me that is like he doesn't care about the money and the staking is over.

Btw I also have evidence that he said it on Skype.

Need to see actual chatlogs before it's clear whether or not you should owe him.

He gave up on you, presumed he wouldnt see his money back. You are struggling to justify keeping his money - thats because you know you should pay him. Makes you look fantastic, you still come out ahead and you dont have a black mark on your soul.

If he ended the deal and is now reneging, and you can confirm it, do not send him anything. Post negative feedback in the Marketplace so people know to avoid him, and you should probably post it in Internet Poker as well if he is operating a skin.

Obviously if you have no proof then you need to pay him back. But if you have proof that he severed ties and ended the deal with zero intention of resuming in the future, then you have no makeup, you owe nothing, and he's a scumbag.

You should post screen shots of the chat logs or at least send them to a moderator or third party who can arbitrate.

OP is he preventing you from withdrawing? If that is the case you can't really do much but make a thread in the internet poker forum and out the site as a scam.
