Why Do I Have A "Negative" Rakeback... And What Does It Mean? Why Do I Have A "Negative" Rakeback... And What Does It Mean?

My rakeback says -$1.50 coz i didn't feel like playing this month...

Whats going on? Do i owe Rakeback Pro's money now? If i do can they just take it away from my account?

Why do i have negative rakeback? i don't understand?

Edit i have never deposited before (not a cent) but managed to build a bankroll and they have accepted me

Search function didn't answer my question

Why do i owe them $1.50 when i have never deposited before?

i dont know specifically about rakebackpros but

are you clearing a bonus or portion thereof?
did you buy something from the FT store?

(and Im assuming you are talking about FT since they are the only ones ive heard of that do this, ie slug your MGR anyway they can)

Full Tilt deduct for a number of things from a player's rake before they calculate rakeback.

1) Bonus
2) Deposit transaction fees (you should not withdraw and re-deposit unnecessarily)
3) Some withdrawal fees ($15.00 for Cheques)
4) Items bought in the FT store (at $0.005 per point from your rake - or $0.00135 from your rakeback 27%)
5) Any tournaments you enter where there is a guaranteed prize and there is a shortfall in players.

I hope that helps?

Kind regards
