Where to transfer my money to?

Hi!
I have been playing for quite a while on PokerStars but now transfered to Mybet (im european) because I had a bad run for quite a long time so I took a few months off and when I came back I started on Mybet.
I transfered half of my BR to Mybet from PS but the problem is that now I'm back to NL5 at MyBet. If I would transfer all of my money from PS I could already start playing NL10.
Should I transfer all of it? I still play from time to time on PS but mostly on Mybet.
Any advice?

I would transfer it if it means moving up.
