So if I were to have all my generated passwords on keepass how would I use my accounts on another computer? is there a way to log in to keepass/move my keepass to another pc?

USB stick. Or get Lastpass. It does it automatically via the cloud.

I can literally drag the keepass program onto usb and log in on a different computer?

They have a portable version for usb I believe, or you copy the database or whatever file. This question is better asked of keepass support not here IMO. I don't use it so I can't be of more help than that.

You could also ask this kind of question in the Computer Technical Help forum, which exists for... this kind of question. If you search there for keepass I'm pretty sure this has been answered several times over the years.
