cause online i feel most grinders choose the reload automatically. so every time you post blinds and not play it reloads automatically on stars.

what about live? wouldnt the dealer find you annoying if every time you lose blinds you reload

No. I'm quite happy to play short stacked if I fall below the buy-in.

You don't need to stop the action and buy $2 in chips from the dealer. Playing nl 1-2 with a $200 stack. I keep some 5 and 25 chips in my pocket usually about $300. When I lose chips I add some from my pocket to my stack. I don't reload until I lose >25. I show the dealer that I am adding to my stack between hands, when they are dealing with the card shuffler. It can be done without distracting the flow of the game.

As long as this happens, no one will care. Be courteous. You don't want everyone at the table to know/think you're a professional or that you're there to try to make money, w/e.
