i deposited through western union. i would like to use something like neteller where i can get the funds loaded to a card, but neteller and click2pay won't let u.s. citizens sign up. i know you can get checks issues, but i don't have a bank account (owe 2 banks money) i know i know the solution is to pay the banks off and just get checks issued, but there are some issues i'm running into with one of the banks. any advice is appreciated!

i guess i should add that i'm a solid player been playing for 5 years, and will need to withdraw on the regular...this isn't just some one time thing.

You may want to find someone you can trade with on a regular basis if you cannot use a bank account. I don't know if stars has usa ewallets

You owe the banks money? Cant you just go to another bank or do you have only 2 banks there? ... Ask PS for advice as you may find your options limited

try moneybookers, they will have this kind of card in oct, maybe have already.
Moneybookers is a lot cheaper than neteller.
