Hello Players!
Here is my thought...
At my current limit, there are only average 3-4 cash tables available to play daily (US friendly site).
I've seen same screen names daily and rarely see an unique screen name at the table.
I haven't crush at current limit yet. However, I noticed at every session whenever my bankroll is around 3 buy-ins ahead, everyone leaves the table. Even, when I moved to another table, some players left immediately, lol.
I heard some players (at another busier site?) grind 10 tables at once daily!
I've been playing cash for a couple of months now...however I'm thinking maybe I'm better off playing tourney? It looks like that type of format is where everyone is at these days. I took a dip with SnG couple of times and won 1st place at one of those games. I haven't tried tourney yet though.
I also checked sharkscope and it looks like top players made the most (by yearly) from tourney rather than cash. I don't know if it is a correct analysis. According to sharkscope last year, for example:
$2 limit on cash game top players made $2k
vs
$2 buy-in on tourney top players made $20k
Is that a fair comparison?
I've jumped in poker world very recently so I do not know if cash game is drying up for US players?
I welcome your thoughts on my thought even most insulting one
Cheers!
