Don't think there is an average. I'd say this much, you def want to be at least 2-3bb/100 before you considering jumping to the next level.

The average would probably be something like -0.5, because of rake.
If rake is not taken into account, the average BB/100 would obviously be 0.

He said mark, so i'm guessing he means more like realistic goal.

dont think there is any avg but you should aim for minimum at like 2 bb/100 over 40k sample is a good idea of how ya doing.

1-2bb/100 = You have big leaks, but you are winning.
3-5bb = You have a few leaks, but are beating the level at a good rate.
6bb+= You are crushing, move up when you can.
All over at least 50k hands, to get any idea at all.
edit: This is kind of general for 2nl-100nl, and of course varies.

Don't know what your experience level is, but let's start out at a nice and easy +0ptbb/100 and work from there. If you are just starting out then your goal should be to stay in the game long enough to learn without going broke.

That doesn't mean anything, you could easily be a losing player over that sample. Come back in 20K+ hands.

Use this thread, and even at 20K hands your actual winrate could be pretty far away from your actual winrate. It will be a decent indicator if you are a winning player though. Winrates at the micros arent nearly as important as most micro grinders make them out to be, you should be more concerned with moving up according to your BR.

just to clear it up, breezh4x were you referring to ptbb or standard bb. the OP seems to be using HEM, so just to make it clear.
to the OP, to be honest it depends on your stakes aswell, some people will crush the micros at a very high rate. but as mentioned, sample size is very important, because your win rate over a small sample can mean just about nothing.
