For SNGs on FTP, I'd say most people won't bother going past $55+$5 turbos that's where the game starts to get tough.

There is no ceiling but most players hit a point where the money starts to be significant for them and in their mind the downswings get too much to handle. At this stage many players stop moving up.

Having 25-30 BI sitting in a poker account would get to be ev- in my marriage at anything above 100nl. So i guess that is my ceiling for now.
