Since these are all preflop stats, then some type of preflop sim(s) would be ideal to be looking at. GTOw could be a good resource. Keep in mind that the ~optimal frequencies depend on a variety of factors and sizing plays a very key role. You can also compare your values with other winning players at similar stake(s). For example, optimal RFI could depend marginally on rake/opponents strat/whether or not you open ~0ev hands, etc. 3B % depends a lot on whether or not you are implementing a CC% range. The other values depend a lot on range composition of both opponents and allowed sizings.
As an example, here is a very general idea for RFI for 6max NLH with no antes
EP ~ 18% (14-22%)
MP ~ 21% (17-25%)
CO ~ 28% (25-32%)
BT ~ 42% (38-47%)
SB is about same as BT
Lower end would be tight, upper end quite loose. If you're outside those ranges I'd consider you either a nit or extremely loose.
