Time and training investment, what game to play?

Hello twoplustwo, this is my first post on here. I dont know if beginner questions is the right place to post this, but since im not a high roller might aswell.
Im a winning micro NL cash/tournament player, but my current situation makes me to prefer cash games for shorter sessions. I feel like the current state of NL cash games is horrible, since the rake is astronomical and zoom/ff are infested with bots (or Russian pio grinders) and its hard to find an edge in those games. In the other hand im doing great in smaller sites on regular tables, but i find it really tedious to "bumhunt" against complete fishes by playing tight and never bluffing. And since many professionals in the scene have turned away from NL and more to PLO, i feel like the game of NL is slowly dying out and i feel extra demotivated to learn more about it, if its going to fade away anyway.
So im here to ask you guys for help, should i just keep grinding NL as long as online poker is still a thing, or should i transition into the great game of PLO? Are there some sites that i dont know about that are offering good rakeback and soft games, or is NL just doomed by solver strategies and bots grinding micros for 2bb/100?
What do you think is the fastest and best way to get into PLO and start crushing the micros, my goal would be to be a regular in the Zoom/FF 50 or 100 games, so i would be able to make a decent hourly from my hobby.
For no limit i have trained with pokersnowie, run it once essential and the "from the ground up" -course, and i find a course format to fit myself the best, also the gameplay practice against snowie has been a huge help.
Im also looking for some kind of preflop advisor that breaks out the preflop ranges in an understandable format.
Any of you have experience about the following:
- PLO Mastermind 99$/month
- Upswing Advance PLO course (2020) 999$ lifetime

well hey. ive been in the same boat you are. as an american pio grinder (USA USA USA) i tangle with those kommies, and yeah the bum hunt is the nature of the game. i have slowly been transitioning to PLO, and u should too TBH if ur idea is to play pro in the future (imo)
as for best course im not sure if id advocate for anything here, but if u have some way to contact in private i can give u my opinion .
