Playing 0.02/0.05 NLH

Hero($15.30) opens CO to $0.15 with KhTd. Villain($5.07) 3 bets to $0.60 in BB. Hero calls.

Flop($1.22) Kc2hAs Villain bets $0.40. Hero calls.

Turn($2.02) 3d Villain checks. Hero checks.

River($2.02) Qd Villain bets $2.02. Hero Folds.

Upon analysis of this hand I think Hero has a call on the river. I give villain a value range of KQs(1 combo), JTs(3 combo) and QQ(3 combo). I give villain a bluff range of TT(3 combo) and JJ(6 combo). 7 value and 9 bluffs is a clear call. I folded because I ran out of time and wanted to play cautiously. I also wonder if villain could have had KQo in his range, which would bring his value combos to 12. However I still think Hero must call as he needs to be right 1/3 times to break even.

Let me know what you think of the hand as well as my analysis. Did I miss anything or get anything wrong? What would you do in this spot?

I think KT is fine to open raise from late position, but fold it to a 3-bet, because it really isn't a good hand. It is dominated by most people's 3-betting range. So I wouldn't be worried about what came later. That said, you have narrowed his value range so that it doesn't include any Ax hands, even though 3-bet ranges are heavily weighted to Ax hands.

I don't think he as an ace because of his river sizing and that he checked the turn. I will definitely study up on what I should be folding to 3 bets as I'm pretty fuzzy on that now that I think about it.

when he bet the flop there are really only 5 cards on the turn that can help you I would have folded to his bet right there.
You have a 10% chance to improve on the turn and you are up against a guy/gal that 3 bet pre flop and Cbet the flop
There is a Huge chance you are behind right there.
