I saw someone made a thread asking if they could get rakeback on FTP even though they already made an account

That person hadn't played for real money on FTP yet at the time, and had only been doing playmoney on there.

In that thread everyone said that if he emailed FTP, they would give him rakeback if he whined enough about it in a non-annoying way or something and threatened that he wouldn't play there unless they gave him rakeback.

Unfortunately, people seemed to imply that this would be easier/possible because he had NOT started playing real money on there yet.

I, on the other hand, have been playing on FTP since like 2005.

I stopped playing poker for the most part a couple years ago, but when I recently found out that FTP has this new "rush poker" format of poker, this is exactly the sort of format I've always dreamed of, and thus I now want to start playing poker again, to play rush poker.

However, I've never had rakeback on ftp (I signed up way back in 2005 before I even knew what rakeback was/how to get it or anything back when I was a n00b).

Is it going to be basically impossible for me to get rakeback on FTP, or is there still a way I can get it somehow?

It's pretty much a dealbreaker for me, when I looked on HEM to see how many bb/100 of rake I'm getting raked at microstakes, and it was like 8bb/100 or something insane, so, compared to my longterm winrate, I think I would actually make more in rakeback than I would in actual winnings, so, that's pretty important then, when it's going to more than double my winrate if I have it vs don't have it.

For years I have always felt disgusted how much more money I would have right now if I would've had rakeback on ftp (I've played many hundreds of thousands of hands on there).

So I just refuse to start playing on there serious-style again without having rakeback, it's just too huge of a waste.

There has to be a way.

Practically every single person I've ever come across on here or p5s ALWAYS has ftp rakeback, I'm like the only effing person I know in the whole world that doesn't have it. There must be a way. This is ridiculous.

E-mail them and ask for it, easy as pie. I asked FTP for it and got it, I'm just not sure whether I got it before I started playing real money games or not. The whole process of adding RB to my FTP account took maybe.. about a week or so?

I signed up a long time ago without rakeback. I then e-mailed both RBP and FT and informed them that, despite playing for a long time, I wanted to play Rush poker with rakeback and that if I didn't get it then I would move to Stars.... I got rakeback.

Wait so, am I supposed to email ftp, or rakebackpros? Or both? And if both, then, which one am I supposed to email first? Does it matter what order? Like, if I email rakebackpros first and then ftp, will it mess everything up by showing ftp that I have an "affiliate" or something so then they'll use that excuse that I already have an affiliate or something, or does it not matter which one I email or in which order?

It might have been my post you saw.... I emailed FTP... told them the situation and within 3 days or so, they mailed back telling me that RBP would contact me directly and I could get RB though them NP.... so far I have not heard from RBP but if I havnt heard in a few more days Ill just forward the FT email to RBP and get it done..
Seems pretty straight forward actually.... just ask... I suggest that threatening to move somewhere else... or not play, or whatever, isnt needed.... jst be straight forward... people like honesty! FT wrote back with a nice email and seem to have taken care of the situation.... thats all I wanted.

sign up to rakebackpros and email them, and they should hook you up, if your NOT tied to a affiliate it should be 1-2 days to get you going.

If you are tied then most likely ur screwed.
