ok well i'm off to a live tourney run by a poker site and its super stack (20,000 starting stack). i've never played such a deep stack before and i was wondering how i should approach this game? my usual style is uber tight but with stacks being so large relative to the blinds in the opening levels should i play a lot looser and consider my 57 suited playable etc??
not had much experience with live play so any advice you can give me would be much appreciated, more so to the fact there will be a few pros there too and i don't want to embarass myself too much

Live deepstack tourney's are the best games IMO.

You can play loose (PP,SC) the first few levels it also helps create an image. (If you will know how to exploit that later on) You still don't want to play weak aces and **** like that.

Or you can go the opposite route and play Tight and exploit the ppl playing loose.

It's really how you prefer to play and what your comfort zone is. If you are nervous and drink I would also suggest a could of drinks to relax you if you feel you are going to be or are nervous and playing scared.

All in all just have fun. Remember live players play a lot looser than online players and like to see flops so don't be surprised when you get callers when you 3bet from the button.
