Struggling with ranges facing an Open Struggling with ranges facing an Open

Hi there,

Playing micro stakes, I am relatively content with both my opening ranges as well as my post flop play, at least for the moment. However, one thing I am a bit confused about are raising and calling ranges facing an open. I watched a lot of Doug Polks videos and kind of applied what I saw (at least I attempted to) and I ended up with apparently 3Betting too much (13%). I also hardly saw him fold any hand that would have been good enough to open. That makes sense to me, given that he played micros and should probably play loose, given that he is a better player than the field, however this got me to play too loose as well.

Searching on the internet about calling and 3Betting Ranges I didn't really find a satisfying answer to my problems. I learned a lot about how to change your ranges depending on the situation, some percentages etc., but I would really like to get a general idea about how many hands you can let go, 3 bet and call, because now I still feel like this loose playing style is normal. I saw some ranges here and there, but they seemed overly tight. So what I'm lacking is a general grip of about how many hands go where.

Now I know it is nonsense to just ask for one catch-all range, but are there any really good free sources for this and if not, could someone that knows their stuff give me range for, say:

6-max: facing a 3x open from the HJ sitting in the CO, effective stacks 100BB

I believe I could decently adapt other ranges for there. I kind of just need an anchor.
Sorry if I missed any obvious things, I am pretty new to discussing about Poker

Thanks

3bet or fold at the micro's mostly outside of the bb of course (because of high rake). You can do some flatting on the button vs EP opens.

I get it. I just don't really know where to start, that's why I kinda wanted an anchor to build my own ranges from there
