in an avg stake, on a one time deal, is it avg 70/30? or 60/40 ish?

and is it 70 for staker or stakee?

it depends on what sort of edge the stakee is likely to have.

for tourneys 70/30 in backers favour is around 43% markup which means the stakee's roi would have to be above 43% for it to be a profitable investment.

60/40 + MU or 70/30 no MU is pretty standard.

cool thx , i thought so as well, but when someone asked me if it was 70 for the stakee and couldnt believe me when i said no, i kinda got confused and thought i might have gotten it all wrong, thx for the answers guys
