What are the best hands to use in a squeeze play and why? Also what should I be asking myself before I attempt a squeeze play?

if your opponents tend to fold a lot, you want to use polarized range, ie very good hands (JJ+, AK) and some weak hands, like suited connectors or low Ax suited

if your opponents don't fold much, you want to use linear/merged range, so the same toprange of JJ+, AK, and then some weaker, but still strong hands like 99, TT, AQ, KQs, AJs

This is the second time today that you've asked about 'best hands' in a spot where you are trying to 'play poker'.

While it's nice to actually have a hand when making a 'poker' move you need to consider what result you are looking for in this particular spot ... a call or a fold ... and how often your move needs to works for long term value.

If you knew a Player only 3-bet continued with AA-JJ, but opened 25% of the time, how often would you 3-bet them? Would it matter what your cards were? GL
