This is from 6NL on 888. I've been playing leisurely since February. I posted a 11k hand sample and had been told that my preflop play is fine but my post flop is terrible.

I 3BET small due to there being a crazy player in the SB who would regularly randomly raise 15X preflop, I also figured this would build the pot in case the villan called.

Ususally I would have 3BET to something like 0.38.

Here i ended up winning even though I got in in bad. I figured with my straight flush draw I was okay getting it in here. I guess I'm just wondering if it was the right play and villan just had the worst possible hand for me to face or just a stupid play.

Cos his range its wide, cos you will not faced sqz,cos you can c bet and barreling aggresly on a lot of boards and cos sometimes you will make a strong hand.

      1. I like the way you played, slowing down on the turn. You are losing to 14% of hands on the river, so it is likely he has you beaten with such a large overbet. I would fold.

      2. Getting it all in on a flush draw isn't profitable long term, especially when not a nut flush. If both your cards were overs, you would be in a better situation. Typically, you are only going to be about 35% to win the hand in this scenario but in this case, you were only 26% to win because you were against a higher flush.
Nice bink on the river. It is always better to be lucky.

^Villain will be fold a lot of the time and he dont have every time better fd,also he can flat and fold ton of turns even if we miss, but general the point imo its to not flat it pre.

Hand1: I would suggest betting the turn here, because you got position so you are able to xb the river making it cheaply to SD. xb:ing OTT is just asking to get bluffed by mid PP's/missed Adx draws OTR.

Hand2: The hand will be so much easier to play if you 3bet pre. As played, nothing wrong with the raise OTF, and when he 3bets, you pretty much have no other choice than to shove.
