you don't call the 3bet when there is person acting behind you.
You just called 1/5 of your stack which means you are not playing for set value and shoving any non over card flop anyway. you are OOP too against 2villains.
Fold to the 3bet > shove yourself > your play.

terrible flat to 3bet oop
standard fold to 4bet shove

I would have probably 4bet shoved without any reads on villain if it was my default game($2 or $6) if it is higher BI, I think I fold assuming villain is better than average.

As played you had to call the shove as you see AK 88+ in these spots a lot(again in $2 and $6), though you see AA KK a lot here too.

how is smooth calling to see if an AK board comes out and then shipping to unders a bad play?

So you wanna risk 1/5 of your stack just to see an over card falls or not?

at 15/30 blinds where i would still be left with an M of something like 25 is this necessarily a triple up/go broke spot?

i guess in retrospect i should have 4 bet shoved myself...

which leads me to the question... is it +EV to shove here or to fold?

given all hand ranges... what is the best decision... fold to his three bet? is that too tight?

fold to 3 bet is standard. I would give credit for AKo or JJ+ for the 3bet(-ev in this occasion as you're not even closing the action) and as you said, you are still in the first round of the structure. There are no reason to fight for that 90chips. Pass the hand and look for better spot. Shove yourself is not horrible either. Only calling is the bad move.

Easy call. hole 3 may have you but hole 2 certainly does not.
