Idiot.

He didn't get lucky, YOU just got cold decked. Part of poker. Any way you cut it, unless you were keenly aware of his playing style and tendencies, it'd definitely be tough to let go of Queens. I have seen some great players let go of their pocket Kings (Chip Reese vs. Doyle Brunson's Aces) pre-flop, but these players have played with each other for years on end. Reese seemed to know when he was dominated, which does take some nominal skill. Or some amazing reading abilities (of which is difficult to develop online obviously).

In any case, whether or not you played this hand right or not is more a matter of your own personal style than anything else. Not worth losing much sleep over, unless you were in over your head on your bankroll (which I couldn't imagine you were.)

Good luck champ.

PFR should definitely be a lot higher. Don't worry about losing with KK or QQ, though. I'd rather go down on those hands.

He didn't get the money in with the best hand. Still, at those levels QQ is a monster. You were up against a bigger monster. That happens. I personally do not like your minimum raise pre flop - either make it bigger or call and act on the flop. In this case he probably would have called a shove on the flop but some things you can't get away from.

Looks quite standard?

Although I don't like the min 3bet preflop...make it bigger

Reraise more Pre Flop, otherwise its fine. You just got unlucky that he had AA.

Like everyone said, raise more preflop, and everything else is standard.

3 bet more preflop, then you might be able to find a fold when he shoves over the top, although its not an easy one. gl.
