heres what happens:
no limit hold em tournament
blinds 200/400
6 people left
first person to act folds, second person flat calls, third folds, button folds, SB goes all in for 440 chips, BB calls the 40 more, now the guy who was second to act who has flat called wants to reraise to 1000?
so my question is can he raise here now or does he just have to flat call the all in bet of 440?
