I think it depends on how long the account has been open.
I was in the same situation. I sent an e-mail to the
[email protected] (dont quote me on the exact address) tell them I was fairly new and would like rakeback. They sent me a reply saying they sent my info to rakebackpros. Didn't hear anything from rbp so I went to their site, signed up and sent them an e-mail. I think I had an approval reply within 12 hours.
