How come I never recieve the amount of rakeback that it states I should recieve on their website. I e-mailed them and they told me if you join tournaments that do not attain their max entry you automatically suffer rakeback deduction. I never joined such tournaments. For example I earned 10 dollars in rakeback last week and only recieved 6. This week I will earn 16 and I am expecting 8 or so. Anyone else have this problem?
